Tips for Best Flavor

  • Use long, thin wheat noodles for the best texture.

  • Don’t overcook the peppers—they should stay crisp for a better bite.

  • Adjust spiciness by choosing mild or spicy green peppers.

  • Add a splash of vinegar for a refreshing Northern Chinese flavor.
