Chinese-Style Baked Banana Egg Custard (Air Fryer Version)
Chinese-Style Baked Banana Egg Custard is a simple, healthy, and naturally sweet dessert made with ripe bananas, eggs, and milk.

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
120 ml milk (whole milk or low-fat)
1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional, adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of salt
A few drops of lemon juice (optional, prevents oxidation)
Preparation
Prepare the Bananas
Peel the bananas and mash them thoroughly in a bowl until smooth.
