Chinese Matsutake and Sausage Steamed Rice
Matsutake and sausage steamed rice is a fragrant, comforting one-pot dish that highlights the earthy aroma of matsutake mushrooms and the savory sweetness of Chinese sausage. Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Rice

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
