🛒 Ingredients

Chinese sausage (lap cheong): 150 g (about 2–3 links)

Green chili peppers (mild or moderately spicy): 200 g

Cooking wine: 1 tsp

Step 1. Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the Chinese sausages diagonally into thin pieces.
